why don't you just renew your tv license at a PostPoint store? Basically any shop that has the PostPoint sign outside it or that has a billpay sign inside the shop at the till means you can go in and pay to renew your licence not as tedious as making a phone call and you can do your shopping at the same time!!!! just another option that might help you out :)
